Navarro is a family winery and we take pride in making products that every member of your family can enjoy. We first started making varietal grape juice in the early eighties when our children were small and we wanted them to share the good tastes from the vineyards. It was about the same time that we opened our tasting room and realized that there were lots of adults, as well as children, who wanted to experience the fresh taste of Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay without the alcohol. Of course there are other grape juices on the market but they are generally made from Concord grapes whose foxy strong flavors are an acquired taste for wine lovers.

We have a Thanksgiving family tradition of taking a long walk between the turkey and pies even if it's raining. Here's a family secret... Deborah moistens her cornbread stuffing with a mixture of turkey stock and Chardonnay Verjus.
Navarro thinks that kids are an essential part of family festivities.

Navarro's juices are cold stabilized and sterile filtered just like our finest dessert wines and if you're one of Navarro's few customers who has not yet sampled one, you will be startled by their intense fresh fruit flavors and aromas. The Pinot Noir juice is a lovely garnet color and has hints of cinnamon while the Gewürztraminer is golden and smells like lichee and tropical fruit. Since both contain 20% natural grape sugar some like to mix them with sparkling water over ice. Chardonnay Verjus is picked when the grapes are much tarter. The ringing acidity makes it a perfect cooking ingredient that you can use like lemon juice. We like to deglaze pans with Verjus, especially with seafood. Customers who enjoy its pucker power mix it with sparkling water for a vintner's lemonade. Check our online Verjus cookbook.
