2006 Cluster Select Late Harvest Gewürztraminer
Needs more time to develop, open, and be at its best, this is simply a splendid sweet Gewürztraminer to pair with dessert or enjoy by itself. A bouquet of honey, spice, peach, apricot, pear, and apple flows onto the palate which shows even more spice and where he sweetness is well balanced with acidity. The finish is long and medium-broad. excellent. BEST WINE.

Enormously sweet, almost like drinking honey, except that it's wine. With an amazing 21% residual sugar, it just knocks you out with sweetness, but then the rich flavors of apricot jam and vanilla wafer lack in, brightened and balanced with lively acidity. The end result is fabulous- Steve Heimoff, Wine Enthusiast, October, 2008.
A Syrupy, spicy Meyer lemon, honey and caramel flavors have a thankful acidity that keeps this balanced. Floral, tobacco, apricot and pineapple notes add to the complexity - Mary-Ann Worobiec, Wine Spectator, Web Only.
2002 Cluster Select Late Harvest Gewürztraminer
– Outrageously sweet and delicious, a wine that blows your mind with the first sip. It’s powerful in apricot, banana flambé and vanilla cream flavors with a viscous texture that stains the glass with glycerin. Dessert in a glass - Steve Heimoff, Wine Enthusiast,“Top 100 Wines of 2004 - #67” December 31, 2004.
Full and sweet. Flowery nose with mandarin orange, honeydew, spice and a bit of maple syrup; intensely sweet with some rose and mineral on finish. (20% RS). - San Francisco Chronicle, November 23, 2004.

Classic, botrytised fruit with honey and green apple flavors. Glycerin body and dried stone fruit flavors. Light acidity. - Stett Holbrook, San Francisco Chronicle, "Sweet Surrender", April 8, 2004.
Astounding aroma of spice, fresh and cooked peaches, honey, and a hint of fresh pear. Sweet, but perfectly balanced. Few wines like this have ever been made, and this is not to be missed. A rare treat; one bottle will serve at least a dozen. - Dan Berger's Vintage Experiences, July 25, 2002.
